I hate this app, and it won't delete off my phone. It's totally useless. There's no information there. It's just a pop-up that I have to keep closing. It's so annoying

Even if disabled still uses 63 MB of my storage? I can't uninstall the app from my phone? I hate this. I hated the scoop (poop scoop) since 2020ish. I hate this app. It uses my mobile data even when disabled. It won't let me clear storage and every time the phone is acting funny or slow, I have to open it in the apps settinga and then clear the cache again? I can't be the only one that hates this app that came installed on the phone!
