9/26: it's all good except the app will randomly forget it knows me and makes me register my phone as a new device... I've had this phone and only this phone for over a year bro.....still give it 5 stars because it's very useful and no monthly service fee.... Update: it's actually great having a second debit card I can use for all my online subscriptions!! Last post: App is super easy and has several functions, really a good tool to have!

The new rapid app since it came out has some quirks, but it works for me and so far it has proven reliable when it came to taking care of the money. It's been a minute now & each new day only makes me smile more because I only need this one mobile app now. Once upon a time I had to hav this app & then two more money app to send out cash to be able to cover all bases. Now Rapid pay app has it handled .& finally I get some sleep wth out all the tossing, turning of restless.worrying, STRESSFUL.

Customer service is terrible. The supervisors hang up on you, no follow up whatsoever and they definitely not giving you your money.

Now you have an updated cardholder agreement that is making this card even more difficult. This is the card my paycheck is deposited to. I am being forced to agree to not being able to transfer my check to an external debit card that does not give me the issues that come with Rapid pay. How is it legal in this country to have a card forced on hardworking people that can put these rules in place. With all the bad reviews this card gets one would think the company would make improvements.
