It has been an experience I do not want to relive. My password was not accepted that was saved and on file. Changing it took over 3 weeks. And the fees to transfer money are too high. Otherwise, it is ok. Make sure to set up your pin for your card if you want to withdraw cash.

it's not providing an option to register your login. How do you activate the card without login in. if you skip the login part, you enter the activation card part, and this exercise fails every time.

It used to be easy until they force you into entering bank information that is irrelevant to getting a payday advance. 🤷♀️ I have gotten a hold of customer service about this. They have no idea what's going on and tell me to wait a few hours. It will be fixed. Nope. A month later the app and the website still fight me.

A lifesaver when you need extra money, doesn't always clock your hours. Literally finished a 10-hour shift that's time and a half right now. They gave $11 mind you cannot pull anything less than $20 from your own stuff, and you have to pay a fee. I do not get the rapid pay card cuz that's an extra fee I'll have to talk to my pharmacy corporate office about other options. I wonder if my corporate office at my job would be impressed that they have to get in contact with them through messenger
