The app is great, the provider of this card, seemingly takes a long time to load funds to the card account. A bit disappointed in that fact. The good part though, is the funds do get loaded and are immediately available.

This app is terrible. They overcharge to use the card, load the card, send money etc. they also set a very low daily limit don't waste your time. The customer service is also every rude.

Complete lack of security that comes with a normal bank. Rapid needs to realize even if they aren't a full bank, they still are a financial institution, and they are LEGALLY REQUIRED to make sure you receive all your money and investigate disputed transactions. Their customer support is only accessible by phone, no email or anything. They lack information and transparency. You could transfer money to this card and never see it again. This is boarding on illegal.
