After getting used to the new icon I love using it. Where ever I am it gives me quick and reliable access to the accounts. Very easy to put accounts in to test.

Great app Rapid Response app is great! No waiting for someone to pick up the phone and ask you 10 questions just to place system off-line. These saves time, money, & aggravation. This one is better than the competition. It lets you choose how long you want a system offline. Also, you can view history, you can see signals come in and restore. I really appreciate the details in this app. They got it right!

Designed for dealers to access their accounts. Serves no purpose for the average person. Allows instant access to 90% of your accounts, tests, reports, contact lists, etc. By far the best monitoring app I have encountered.

Messages and calls For some reason this Mobile Version Rapid is not letting me view the messages from the central station. And I am not able to use the app. To call customers. This is very frustrating. I think the 3 version is better, it also colors codes alarm events. If I was able to view messages on it, it would be Awesome.

The old app was much more reliable. I have constant crashing, both on start up and whenever there is a network change (going off Wi-Fi and onto roaming or vice versa). I end up having to double-check tests go through. No improvements seen with any updates they do push out, every other tech I know that uses this app wishes they were still on the old one
