Great app great card for those who can't qualify for the credit card. Easy to earn points and plenty of points to offset the monthly fee, especially if you put rent and major bills on it Support is also friendly and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend this card for southwest fans that can't get or don't want the credit card (it also has a fee)

I think this card is a great ideal for a debit card, but it needs a lot of work. One of my biggest problems with this app is that the push notification do not work, every time I use the card I look for my notification to let me know that my car has been used but nothing at all. That's not safe to have money on any card that don't get push notification that something has hit it. It's a good way to have all you money drained out of your account and never even know about it!!!! NOT COOL!! FIX IT ASAP!!

I have traveled with SW for years and loved it. When I got the email they now had a debit card I was excited and immediately signed up. I got my card set it up for direct deposit and ready to earn my points. On my very first transaction they locked my card. This was so embarrassing for about 30 minutes I was panicking in front of everyone trying to scramble to figure out why was card gave me an insufficient funds message. I called SW only to find out they blocked it do to fraud. So mad!

App refuses to open, keeps on crashing. I cannot get into the app to view my stuff for the debit card they had released recently. Will update stars once I gain access finally.

I got this debit card, set up my direct deposit into it. 7 days past when they said I received my card and I've still seen no sign of it. Tried to get ahold of customer service to report it and my only option is to activate my card. Which I obviously will not be doing as any ya hoo could have it. Tried to get ahold of sunrise banks which us supposedly the home bank for this card and also have had no luck so far.
