I like this app very much and a card as well. I love the early deposit and that it has so many secure features. There is however the issue of the app not being able to open in full screen. I have a Galaxy Z flip 5. When I open it on the front screen or in a reduced half screen mode, I can open the app and login/ use it. A temporary solution to the problem is to open the app in a pop-up window and shrink it to a small size. The app will then let you log in. Looking forward to seeing this fixed.

Overall very unhappy with the card and the service. The app is saying it can't open in full screen mode but also won't open in half screen mode. This is a BIG problem since there's no website. Customer service had no way for me to be able to transfer my funds to my regular bank account since they won't give me the account information AND I CAN'T GET INTO THE APP to get it myself. It's been 72hrs with no resolution and, according to customer support, no one available to escalate the problem to.

Finished signing up, tried to log in(I had written my info down, so I wouldn't forget it) and it says it's wrong. I press forgot password, enter my email and the last 4 of my social, as it says to. Then it says "this email is not associated with this social security number." ?? And now my card is on the way, so I know it saved my info, but I can't log in. My manager says the siren card is a waste anyway, should've listened to him
