I’ve never had any issues with cred.AI. I love the card design, and it’s been the only account I’ve had consistently reporting to the credit bureaus for the years I’ve used it, which has been helpful for building my credit. The app also has great features and is easy to use. The only downside I’ve noticed is when transferring money from my bank to the account it can take a few days to process. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

App and account are useless. With a "generous" deposit limit of $0, the account is literally useless. Customer service is no help, telling me it's because my account doesn't get used. How would one use the account if the deposit limit is $0? I also can't transfer in via ACH as my bank sees the account as suspended. Customer service continues to tell me the solution is to make deposits and check back in a few nonths to see if I've had enough good behavior to have a limit higger than $0.

No Star earned here. The WORST company ever existed! I felt happy to find this building credit card bank in the beginning. However. Problem arose. I had been on phone with 1st person to tell her to add a mailing address. Compliment the street address. Street address is rural & post office will not deliver out there. All mail needs to be sent to my PO BOX!. Then they ignored me then sent the card to the street address then over 5 weeks ago blocked my account. Sent address documents & no manager!

The security on this card is garbage. Got a new card, not even used, never entered the number anywhere, and I am constantly getting fraudulent charges to the new card. Can't keep any money in the account. Don't have this issue with any other credit or bank card. I maintain solid security practices, along with a monitoring and protection service. Ordered a new card and immediately had the same issue. Gave 2 stars because the concept is great, the UI is smooth. Sad to delete my account.
