My due date was on the 2nd but due to weekend and banking hours I was unable to pay until the 5th. Have always paid on time and paid additional. Received numerous messages about turning me over to collections due to one incident with a 3-day delay in payment. Card will be paid off as quickly as possible and account will be closed

I have to load the app to use it & immediately remove it because when it is loaded my phone gets so hot I can hardly use it. Verizon said It's because the App is full of bugs. I will let this card go. I have paid off my balance since I received it. I PAY IT OFF! I haven't had a late payment in my life! Now I have 2 because PAID MY CARD OFF! Then after searching it, they leave a small balance, so basically I'm making 2 payments a month. Worst card I have ever seen

Mercury increased my credit without my request then significantly raised my already high interest rate citing credit score reductions. My credit score hasn't changed in the last year. Their TOS said if I challenged the interest increase, they would close the account. It seems like a gold dig.
