The 1% cash back is like a small superpower. The only complaint is about approving transactions: the notification often doesn't come, needs several attempts, sometimes requiring the app to be open while the notification is sent. For example, I was never able to pay with my payzy card in the Nova app (mobile network provider).

Update (04/04/2026): After I filed the complaint below and having shared the respective screenshots to the developer, they fixed it in literally no time. Horrible. The customer support has no idea about the laws. They cannot do anything for a foreign EU person that lives in Greece. As per the customer request, I have taxis net, gov, passport and permit to live. Greek resident since 2007, but the customer support wants also a foreign ID, which is impossible to have as I am a resident in Greece - thus I cannot have a foreign ID.

When I try to reset my password, I get an email that says there's no account with that email. When I try to register, it says there's already an account with that email. It's an endless loop. I installed this app when it launched, and it was always stuck at the verification stage. I remember calling many times back then, trying to get it unstuck. I got sick of it and left it. Now I tried again, assuming they must have fixed it, but it's the endless loop.

App icon broken, does not support Android adaptive icon introduced with Android 8 (implemented in less than 20 minutes). Square icon is put into a round icon on my phone. Hurts the overall experience as it makes the app seem to not support modern standards. We now have Android 16. This app is to 8 years behind in supporting standards.
