My app wallet gets blocked due to 'suspicious activity' every time I try to make a transaction. I have called customer care several time. They raise ticket its gets resolved next day and then gets blocked on 1st transaction. The same loop is repeating since one week. every day, I call customer care, and they assure me they have raised request and problem will be solved. No one has any idea why ia going wrong here? Am I making some mistake? My app didn't get installed correctly?

Wrost app Don't try to use it same as Scammers so easy to send in wallet the money but once you dare to send it someone else like local bank tran they freeze your wallet can't add any beneficiary inside Saudia or out of KSA when try to contact the customer care center they start an interview and when they complete the process just easy to tell you wait more 5working days so then they'll fix the problem Don't use it if you don't want someone freeze your own money, and then you beg for it
