★★☆☆☆ Only given 1-star because I can't give a zero rating. I have had a "temporary restriction" on my account for over 9 months with no explanation nor resolution despite several attempts to contact the laughably named "support". In 40 years of using computers and software, this is by far the worst piece of garbage I have had the misfortune to encounter. "Poor" is too good a rating.

★★☆☆☆ Utter garbage. I've tried to get back into my account after my email was hacked many years ago without success. I am trapped in an endless loop of taking selfies over and over only to finally when I get through to customer support on the fourth try, be cut off and logged out. I can see the revolut employee message me on my notifications. When I click it I'm sent to the login screen and asked to send pictures of my ID over and over again. In a crisis I wouldn't want money anywhere near this.
