Very disappointing experience with People’s Bank. I’m trying to make a fund transfer, but the app says I need to visit the nearest branch to enhance my transfer limit. I already filled out and submitted the required form at the branch, but there’s still no progress. The 1961 hotline was no help either. Even after an accident, I’m still expected to visit the branch again for something that could easily be handled through email. I already visited the branch and submitted everything, yet the issue.
