I've been complaining about this to the staffs but IDK if they report it back. The issue I've been suffering this case of "App stopped working" as soon as I topped up. At that time, I have already filled in my passcode and as soon as I did that, the app stopped working. It's incredibly frustrating. I can't top up efficiently unless I uninstalled and installed it again. I can't keep doing this every time I top up. Ironically, it doesn't happen when I transfer money nor while using "bank in".

Very bad UI and really disappointing customer services and bank services. I will move to another bank.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
