A good app. But once funds transferred, there is no proper payment slip (proof payment) to confirm the payment with recipient's account name, account number and amount.

ERP එකක තියෙන්න ඕනෙ Internal control සේරමදාලා හදලා තියන ඉතාම යල්පැනගිය App එකක්. කිසිම sure එකක් නෑ කොයි වෙලාවෙ error එකක් එයිද කියලා. UI ඉතාම පැරැණියි. Current Account එකට වෙන app නැති නිසා use කරන්නේ.

When I was activating internet banking and mobile banking they told me there are no setup charge, annual fee or monthly fee. But after few months from the registration now thay deducted 2500/= as a setup fee and going to charge monthly and annual service fee from the next month. ජන හද හදුනන මහජන බැංකුව 😂 no need to use this app and internet banking services here after and I will refrain using this application from today.

Whoever is in charge of this app development must be fired immediately. Possibly the worst online banking system in SLK. A system without a proper process flow, which is leading to a variety of issues when using. I'm a business customer, and so far, the online banking experience is very disappointing. There isn't even a way to get help or provide suggestions. I own an IT company, and we worked with gov projects, we can help if needed. At least to tell you how not to do a system.
