Kindly add a feature to register your device as trusted device. Click send SMS to verify your phone number to skip 8 hours wait and transfer money immediately. This feature is available in ADIB (Link Trusted Device) in the Menu. An encrypted message will be sent from your phone. The device is added as trusted to your profile successfully. You will receive an SMS confirming you can transfer money to new beneficiary without waiting period. If you haven't performed this request. Kindly call bank.

Their live chat is so bad. They keep sending messages too quickly and then close the chat themselves before even discussing the issue properly or resolving the problem.
