Very poor app and customer service. The app logged me out of the system on 5 different occasions in the middle of chatting with a customer service representative. At one point I was chatting with TWO different representatives in the same chat conversation (Ruben and Omar).

Kindly add a feature to register your device as trusted device. Click send SMS to verify your phone number to skip 8 hours wait and transfer money immediately. This feature is available in ADIB (Link Trusted Device) in the Menu. An encrypted message will be sent from your phone. The device is added as trusted to your profile successfully. You will receive an SMS confirming you can transfer money to new beneficiary without waiting period. If you haven't performed this request. Kindly call bank.
