The payments are a hassle. It's the only reason for using the app, and the support team is clueless about payments and not transparent. Management clearly is not keen on users' complaints. It's absolutely inconvenient. Why wouldn't I pay at the school directly then? Other than struggling with the unwisely switched on and off payment options, it's completely inconvenient. Stopped using the app! Update: They asked me to email them with reference #40, and no one even cares :/ very shocking

Shameful state of the app. Cant see my receipts. I can see many ppl complaining about the same, but they just come back with same lame message, "please contact us at bla bla bla"

Chose a 12-month installment plan for school fees via Skippy, but my bank shows it as a full debit. After weeks of chasing, Skippy only sent screenshots of system logs as “proof” while my bank confirms no plan exists. No escalation, no accountability, no resolution. Now I’m being forced to file a dispute. Completely unreliable service for something as important as school fee payments and RayBan support takes no accountability of their own service when called to complain.
