Had appointments with SIO and whenever the agent would try to call me through the app no notification was shown of a call and the agent had to call me through their landline to inform me about the appointment and that they had been calling me, and I wasn't replying. I also tried to book new appointments and still I keep facing the same issue even though my location service is on every time I use the application.
