Opay app is a good app, your money is saved in it, and it is secure and no one can open it until you find out the lock. I am using this app for many months, it is very good.

It is very good, but I have given it four stars because its payment speed is a little slow. If you send money to a user's account on Direct O in any wallet, it takes two to three minutes to process. So I would like to say that overall it is very good and very fast. There has never been any glitch or slowness in it, but its payment processing time is a little long. It should be reduced and made instant.

Applied for a debit card on 3rd Feb 2026, but it was never delivered. Customer support kept giving false promises and there was no option in the app to process a refund. OPay team completely ignored the issue until I lodged a complaint on the Sunwai Portal. Special thanks to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for their intervention—the issue was finally resolved and my refund was processed only after SBP's action. -5 stars for OPay's pathetic support, 5 stars to SBP!

I have money in my OPay account, but I am unable to transfer it to Jazz Cash or Easypaisa. Every transfer fails with the message “Receiving bank's system is currently busy.” Please fix this issue urgently because my money is stuck in my OPay account, and I cannot use or withdraw it.

Overall, the app is good, and the user experience is smooth. However, one important feature is missing. Currently, we cannot receive payments in OPay from other banks using the IBAN through the QR code. Instead, we have to select the bank manually, which often results in high transaction fees. It would be great if OPay enabled IBAN-based QR payments, so that anyone from another bank could simply scan the OPay QR code and send money directly via IBAN without extra steps or excessive charges.
