You guys are very useless, when someone accused me wrongly sometimes ago fraud, you blocked my account until several messages was sent before you restore it but when I sent money (50, 000)a wrong account for more than two weeks now this unless people are still unable to recover my money instead they requested for a court oder. Despite all evidence showing that it was a mistake which was their fault because why would you registered every account number your client transact with.

Bring Back Control! The original Spend & Save feature helped me pay for essential things like airtime and data when I had completely run out of money. The new upgrade forces funds into the Safe Box without a choice. Please add an activation/deactivation toggle, so users can decide whether to use the feature. I hope OPay takes my complaint seriously! 🙏
