Disappointing experience. No loan offers despite timely repayments. I took 2-3 loans from CRED and cleared all of them on time. It has been almost 2 years since closing them, but I haven't received a single new loan offer. Support only gives standard, unhelpful replies to wait. Despite an excellent repayment track record, I am getting zero offers. Very poor experience after being a loyal user.

Extremely difficult to get an account deleted by Cred. Read their illegal practices below: 1. The delete option is buried in app, and unless you google, you can't find it. 2. Then, they call you before accepting delete request! 3. But they don't call. 4. If you persist, they will give 1 ring missed call. I hope someone takes them to consumer court and IT Ministry. This app is not provide option for transaction and remarks note for Repay credit card upi and other bank upi transaction. Further no option for download statement in Excel and PDF with transaction remarks for track transaction. Paytm provide all features and also statement in Excel and PDF with Remarks and note so anyone can easily catch the transaction details based on own remarks and notes. If you provide these features definitely your app gain Value. This is essential please note.

Not so happy this is only useful for credit card urgent payments that's it We are earning so many coins but app show no proper use of those coins and also no cashback, error while doing upi payments so many issues.
