Very good customer support/resolutions. They clarified an add-on card should be added as supplementary to an existing/primary card which I wrongly added as a new card and app showed bill amt separately. Resolved.

Poor customer support and solutions. No proper guidance from the CS team. Not many good offers.

It is still a Great app for tracking credit card bills and for making UPI transactions. But in the name of rewards, it is now selling credit cards and insurance. Every bill payment is a trap to get cred protect subscription. There is no Friday specials anymore. There is no longer any rewards on credit card payment. And now the credit card bill payment is even not working.
