• DTPL acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP)
• CRED app acts as a Digital Lending App (DLA)

Personal loans eligibility criteria
* Age: 21- 60 years
* Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
* Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy, Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹50,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 60 Months

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

Example:
If you borrow ₹5,00,000 for 3 years at 20% p.a.
EMI: ₹18,582 | Processing Fee: ₹17,700
Total Payable: ₹6,68,945 | Total Cost: ₹1,86,645
Effective APR: 21.92%

It's good that the team called me and listened the issue. I hope the issue will be resolved at the earliest. I suggest keeping the rewards page separate, one who is interested will check it if he likes. Although the app is easy to make bill payments, it's becomes too slow while coming back after the payment. It's continue to show the rewards page. The transaction effect is too slow, animation is too slow, team should work on this issue.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Video KYC process for the CRED–Indus Ind Credit Card. My Video KYC kept failing due to the wide-angle camera issue on premium devices like Samsung and OnePlus. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem, neither CRED nor Indus Ind Bank provided any meaningful solution. They simply kept delaying the process until my application expired, wasting nearly a month of my time.

The only thing you are lacking is the "Search Button" in the Payment History, unlike in GPay & all other apps. My cred cash+ amount is stuck and lean applied, to mutual funds even after 12 days issue not solved, sleeping over multiple tickets. Good work even after 40 days you guys can't solve this problem. Same old message team is reviewing. Intsted of sleeping on the issue for more than 40 days, still internal team is rewing? Will it be solved? Latest update even after 50 days still team is working without timeline. It has become quavery target now for team at least they have issue which they can't fix
