Very poor service and app was very poor I have added ₹10000 in Dani wallet, and I am not able to sending that amount in any upi ID and costumer service was not responding at call or at Mail both I have done the replying

Dear Dani Support Team, I am writing to inform you that I have fully paid my Dani loan as instructed by your executive. I was told that paying the full amount of ₹7,600 would ensure immediate loan closure and issuance of the NOC (No Objection Certificate). However, I have not received the NOC till now, and there is confusion regarding the additional ₹72 refund / extra payment. Different representatives have given different information:
