I had raised an issue around 6 months ago regarding my Pro status and locked jewels, and despite multiple follow-ups, I didn't receive a resolution for a long time. I had even given a 1-star rating because of the lack of response. I'm happy to say that the Jupiter team finally reached out, addressed my concern, and resolved the issue. Appreciate the team for taking the matter seriously and getting it sorted. Changing my rating to 5 stars!

Very frustrating app. I am appealing to all the users' no to open the account through this app. No proper customer support is there. Even customer support is not able to provide me the correct information. They are not able to provide me the updated debit card, even after post 4 months expiry of it. I have already dropped the mail, but no resolution is provided

It's my request don't open Jupiter account. It's better go directly to federal branch & open there because at least they can help you when it comes to your account issue. But if you open Jupiter account digitally any problem comes for your account they don't help you & more over don't respond your mail also. Iam the customer facing issue by sending mails and calling customer care, but there is no use. I know it's my mistake to open a digital account like Jupiter. There is no 0star for their support.

Worst Fintech app ever that I have used so far, even if you have to do little changes you won't be able to. And I haven't applied iany loan still they are sending me check your loan status message over WhatsApp. Also they have disgusting customer support. Very bad app. Don't download it guys
