Extremely disappointed with Jupiter's KYC process. I submitted my KYC update (address change) on 3rd July 2026, and it's still stuck at "pending" after 15+ days. My funds have been completely blocked with zero communication on the delay or what's holding it up. I've reached out through official channels but haven't gotten a clear timeline or resolution. For a banking app, this kind of delay with no transparency is unacceptable.

Finally I editing my comments here...it's totally the worst app ever ...if you invest in gold they will show totally wrong gold balance . Therefore there is no customer care no to resolve the issue... my gold balance showing wrong investment details they just looting us .

Started using this to do international website payments for subscription, but can't find my e-debit card with Visa or MasterCard access. All options lead to buying credit cards. Feels like a scam of an app. Total waste of time. Would not recommend.

There is no contact number to reach support... problem always not solved here ... I got a loan easier but my account got lien amount... I transfer more than my limit in one month they holden my account... I almost sent all my transaction history and proofs ... for federal bank, Jupiter support, aml also no response... my amount 85k stuck off and Jupiter had calling 100 s of calls to repay my loan but my all amount had been stuck out this month I sent my request to pay my repayment for next mont
