I had raised an issue around 6 months ago regarding my Pro status and locked jewels, and despite multiple follow-ups, I didn't receive a resolution for a long time. I had even given a 1-star rating because of the lack of response. I'm happy to say that the Jupiter team finally reached out, addressed my concern, and resolved the issue. Appreciate the team for taking the matter seriously and getting it sorted. Changing my rating to 5 stars!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer support experience for my Jupiter/Edge CSB Bank Credit Card. I need to raise a dispute regarding a ₹10,000 UPI transaction made on 20 August 2026. I have tried contacting the customer care number several times, but the call did not connect to a customer care executive. For a credit-card dispute, customers should be able to reach support easily and promptly. I request Jupiter and CSB Bank to look into this issue urgently and provide a proper resolution.

Jupiter stop fooling by bluffing them as zero balance savings account, kiked this third party bank and nothing to do with federal bank, money is at risk all the time, any moment they can quit and take your money...now they have turned into kind of extortion demands to deposit hefty amount or add 50000 to avoid low balance maintenance charges or else your money in account will be rat eaten slowly in the name of min bal charges and don't allow you to use UPI service, believe me literally they are doing
