Good App, Excellent Bank. Been using Starling for a couple of years now, find it very easy to use, and simple to pay in shops or online. Great to use on holiday, and spend is converted & charged almost immediately, so you know what cost in £. Have used in Spain, Majorca & Norway (& UK 😄). Have recommended to several friends & family. Very happy with service if you call up. Definitely recommend for anyone, any age.

It is a clear bait-and-switch bank. Initially offering tree planting for new accounts (now removed) and virtue signalling via pride themes (now removed). They want you to go via their chatbot (human-written FAQ slow to load but chatbot is immediate). If you doubt the bot and ask a human the human gives incorrect information. Starling swear their bot will NOT make ANY mistakes. Don't go with this bank if you can find any better bank.
