The best online only bank in my opinion. Was allowed to open an account at 16 and have been using since. Reliable customer support (unlike competitors such as revolut who just close accounts without giving reasons why and directing you to incompetent AI agents) and excellent to use when abroad too with the competitive exchange rates. App is simple to navigate even with multiple accounts.

Good Bank, would recommend! Although Don't make sense. I have a personal, joint and business account. Tried to open my second business account, and they won't allow me, with absolutely no explanation to why. So will be changing banks as I want everything under one place to simplify my life.

Don't waste your time downloading this app if you are launching a new business. Starling’s website boasts that they "understand" small businesses and review on a case-by-case basis. What nonsense. After uploading comprehensive company documents for our startup, we were hit with an unprofessional, template rejection email. They point-blank refused to share any details or give a specific reason. Their rigid, unexplainable automated blocks just waste founders' time and delay launches.

No way to delete my account, I DO NOT consent to face scan to log in to delete my account, Its intrusive and unjust, They failed to update my address and now my card goes to my old address with no way to delete it...
