Account for the family. I used alot of the features such as pots and the kids accounts for the older two with saving spots for the younger. I like how I am able to allocate money to pots and keep it organized. I can split payments easily when wages come in and really like the percentage feature rather than working out amounts. A feature I think would be useful is the ability to download a digital copy of savings pots with notes I add for personal, business or joint.

I've been a Starling customer for ten years. This is by far the best banking app that I use, everything is very clear, it's easy to move money around and set up several little 'spaces' for different things - holidays, birthday funds etc.

I can't add the Starling Debit Card on my Android Oppo Find X9 Pro Google wallet. We have tried everything with customer service, and they say they can't do it. It works on my OnePlus 10T so must be a token issue between Starling system and my phone. I am very disappointed with the service I am getting. UPDATE: Compliant has already been raised. The new device works with all my other bank accounts like Metro, Nationwide, Barclay card, Virgin Money and Monzo. It doesn't work with Starling Bank

I used to bank with starling when it first started up for a couple of years, closed my account because at the time I needed face to face interactions and went to barclays. Recently I tried to open an account with them again only to be told that they do not accept account opening from previous customers...why is this ? Edit after response from starling it's still 1 star, onboarding as they call it has been happening for past 2 years as far as I'm aware, how long does it take to do ? I smell bs
