Brilliant online banking system, easy to use. Myself, husband and 19yr old daughter have accounts. In 4/5 years of using N26, I've never had any issue/problem (unlike other online banking apps or PayPal), great service, no hidden fees or monthly charges, and they give customers great benefits too, such as non-interest fee payments on transactions 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Fails Security Standards on GOS. Nice App... Certainly trust that security assessment. /s It obviously checks the play integrity API (because I see that) and trusts only Googles Judgement. Opening new Accounts is impossible on GOS.

I have to immediately review because I got a WOW moment: N26 allows you to switch a purchase (ex Amazon) into installment. Usually with installments, you have to decide BEFORE the purchase, but it's just a unique system to allow it after. Other than that, N26 has superb support staff (never have issue getting human support), proper DE IBAN, and overall a ton of features.

I used this bank for over 3 years and was quite happy with it. But now since few days they deny me access to my bank account and my funds, because my identity documents are expired. I have an official paper from immigration authorities that my stay is legal, but they simply don't care. Now I can't pay my rent, groceries, internet and so on. I'm trying to escalate it via multiple channels, but support (beside very few cases) is the most frustrating there.

For two months that team n26 is actively working on my request for a refund of €1. Yes, one euro that n26 wrongfully took on a clear market order of mine of €0,90. Do not trust n26 with complex operations since they cannot handle a €0,001 precision error, the trading feature backed by third-party brokers is simply unreliable. Beware that you're not a priority for this neo bank since it's willing to let a customer wait indefinitely for a clear error.
