New app update is terrible. Not sure why they needed the design change but my app keeps crashing. I never had problems before the most recent update.

I used n26 for 8 years and loved it. Then one day I noticed I could not transfer money to my account as it was rejected. Few days later I received an email telling me my account will be terminated because I did not respect an article in their chart and that I can't appel. Very sad loved that bank. I also use revolut, great decision to not put all the eggs in the same basket. I now have to change my iban to not receive money on n26 anymore

Unless you're a 'Premium' type.... Fugeddaboudit. They nearly hold your livelihood hostage. Make sure it's not the ONLY account you have.

IT DOESN'T SUPPORT WERO. If you have a problem with a seller and create a case to be resolved, be prepared to suffer a system that barely allows to upload documents (it fails constantly, and you'll need an agent to help you) and then **you'll need to proactively ask n26 about the status of your case**, only to know they want more details and documents from you, that were not asked before. This is both sad and bad. It doesn't matter if you pay premium, by the way, you'll have the problem anyway.
