Can you make it so that when clicking on transactions on Smartphones we can find out what time the transaction was made especially for online transactions at the moment when clicking on any online transactions to find out what time the payment was made we are unable to see the exact time as the rest is cut off because the smartphone's screen isn't wide enough problem does not occur with tablets as the screen is wide enough to display full transaction time information

This bank is the best bank I've been with. I've never had any issues, or problems, with this bank. They helped out when the other bank I had been with for years, declined me on a loan. I was self-employed, had to pay my workers my pay was a day late of 22k every month. I asked ASB for 5k no issues at all it was paid back next day when my money went in. I'd give 10 🌟 awesome people in these banks.

My appointment at the New Plymouth branch of ASB went very well. The Lady who conducted the meeting acted with understanding and professionalism. She knew from the email she received from the head office telling her I suffer from Dyslexia, she was very patient and answered all my questions. I would recommend ASB to anyone as the #1 bank to consider when opening an account.

Why do you refuse to put a shortcut to card control on the landing page? All my other banking apps have this. Also, still no ability to see card details in full or get a dynamic CCV. Very disappointing...

Spend Tracker is broken. When I try to view all spending transactions in a category, I get a "Content not loaded" error. Also, transactions are ending up in random spend categories - not the categories I had set.

How come most the efpos machines in the country don't work with the digital efpos?? , too many card errors or just won't work I am sick looking like an idiot Every time I go into the shop because the efpos machines are unreliable and don't work

Why do you feel the need to constantly have to update things when it works fine like it is. I really HATE apps that feel the need to update all the time. It is getting so bad that I am very close to not doing anything with the asb anymore. Most updates are only so you can collect more info and data about people. That really stinks! Bring back bank branches and contact with real people, not stupid bloody machines!
