Most problematic bank app I have used, tried to uninstall and install few time to fix the stupid issue, going to deactivate this acct and never use RHB again

I accidentally erased this app in my phone. I call in the customer service asking for help. The AI keep on asking me to use the apps for verification. How can I verify when I cannot access the apps. I use laptop to log in, it still asking me to use the app to verify. How can I unlink when I cannot access the apps. I call in the fraud department, hope I can speak to someone, last they send me to the department still asking me to use the stupid apps to verify. I very disappointed.
