When making payment, this app unable to provide qr code for merchant to scan. Really not user-friendly

They suddenly made an update that requires the user to have an Android version 11 or above to even just open the app, so now im stuck here unable to do any transaction. I tried using my ipad since it meets the requirement but still unable to log in because rhb only allows 1 device for authentication... Like at least let me access the app so I can change my primary device... Very disappointed with RHB.

Ridiculous app. Can't even support android 11. What's the point of having this account now, can't even log in to my account via Google without secure approval from the ridiculous app to change my password.
