The live chat is not responding. I just asked on how to add favorite since there is no option "Favorite" in the settings like the FAQ said but the live chat just replied Hi then nothing. Such a lame customer service

Im having troubles with these apps for this year, so many time updates but still didn't work smoothly for me. The qr process always stuck or not supported. Starting want to open the apps already lagging. Please do fix these apps and this issue immediately to make it easier for user.

Laggy and EXTREMELY SLOW! Please fix this issue I am trying to apply so I can get my salary but every time I try to type in something it takes 7 DAMN YEARS for it to show up and when I press any buttons it doesn't respond, this is frustrating having to redo everything MULTIPLE TIMES when it is so laggy! You want to make an app at least make it USABLE! AND NO IT IS NOT AN INTERNET ISSUE! YOUR APP JUST SUCKS!

New update has issues on scanning qr where it prompts a doubled layer buffering screen and shows you the UI for term deposit. It also caused double payment to a vendor despite only approving for one payment where it bugged out on previous payment (did not click approve for that).
