The app froze, and I couldn’t even press the “Next” button during IC verification. Then after restarting, my application attempt disappeared, and now I have to wait 24 HOURS to try again. The app is the one that froze, but I’m the one being punished by having to wait 24 hours. Even when the system scans my ic, it's not even correct at all and I got accused and the system said the data that I fill isn't sync with the IC.
