One of the best banks in Australia apart from the big 4 - no fuss, frill free, has physical branches, ATMs, all products at par or more than a big bank. App is great 👍 and easy to use

I can't get into our account any longer as it says my phone is not compatible with this version. I would then like to cancel our accounts with you, now how am l supposed to do this?

Not compatible with my device anymore so will not be able to bank and transfer payments while travelling. Wow so now I have to get a new phone just to use this app even though I have a perfectly working phone. Time to change banks!

I have a Galaxy S9+ and all of a sudden I can no longer use the app as the developers dropped support. Why? All my other banking apps still work. Now I can't find my bsb or account number, or member number, which the pc banking app requires. This change has made it INCREDIBLY HARD for me to access my account. I do not live where there is a branch and imb won't supply details over the phone. What you have done has been an absolute disaster for me. THANK YOU VERY LITTLE. ZERO STARS!!!
