I have a Galaxy S9+ and all of a sudden I can no longer use the app as the developers dropped support. Why? All my other banking apps still work. Now I can't find my bsb or account number, or member number, which the pc banking app requires. This change has made it INCREDIBLY HARD for me to access my account. I do not live where there is a branch and imb won't supply details over the phone. What you have done has been an absolute disaster for me. THANK YOU VERY LITTLE. ZERO STARS!!!

App won't update or reinstall. I have sent emails to no avail. I tried to update the app, but it wouldn't. It was suggested to uninstall & reinstall the app, that didn't work. I can't install the app. Not happy. Have just sent another email.

Not compatible with my device anymore so will not be able to bank and transfer payments while travelling. Wow so now I have to get a new phone just to use this app even though I have a perfectly working phone. Time to change banks!

A month now without an app. won't installation. Tried different devices. IMB have admitted there is a known issue but still no fix.
