Trying to set up standing orders on the app doesn't seem to work. I just keep going through a loop. It asks me to confirm the payee, then it takes me back to the beginning, and I initiate the standing order and then confirm the payee again.

Try to log in to banking, redirect to access. Access tells me contract number is missing. Input contract number. Tells me contract number is already registered on this device. Logging doesn't work.

Excellent idea, but total unsatisfaction since the app blocks all the time. Once the problem is the power saving, another time-the wi-fi connection. Last problem for months or at least each time I need to use the app /except in October/ it doesn't respond and my phone blocks as well....how to use all the other ubs apps when I need this most important one to unlock the rest!?!? How will you deal with the digital currency when you can not support an app correctly??

Unfortunately the access app is not responding, when you need to log in in your account if you have an emergency you cannot, it's doing this for the past month....better change the Bank and your app issues will disappear 👋👋👋 bye biggest bank in Switzerland you have billions of CHF and a not working app 🎉
