Terrible, when I wanted to access my E-Banking (I am Abroad) I was asked to update the App. In trying to do, so I got a message "your Phone is NOT compatible for this UPDATE" ???? Result I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND MONEY. I do demand the old (working) App to be activated again, in order for me to have access to MY MONEY. A concerned customer.

I've been a happy user of UBS banking services for a long time, but the latest updates mandating use of less secure devices by dropping Graphene OS support are making me strongly consider switching to a (neo)bank that officially supports it.
