One of the worst credit card app. Never mentioned the exact amount to be paid for credit card statement after cash back and shopping refunds. Costing me 8000 charges for mere 400 rupee payment difference. Pathetic bank never take their credit card

I have unfortunately experienced what I believe to be the most unsatisfactory banking service. Very poor response on the required support, and there was a noticeable lack of clarity during the account opening process. It appears that resolving customer issues is not a priority for the bank, and the timelines provided for resolutions were misleading. I sincerely regret my decision to open an account with HSBC India.
