I did the biggest mistake of opening account in HSBC. The app even doesn't have any basic features like to debit card details and options to manage it.

What's the point if they advertise insure credit purchases, and they don't insure it. What's the point of security if not allow other basic assecibikity services. So disappointing and over that making hard for users to use the app. What's the point of authentication and warnings if even after that you don't allow miscibility
