★★★★★ Okay, now the app has been improved, no more intrusive checking what keyboard or what password manager user has been installed There are few areas need to improve, For Krisflyer points redemption, the app does not remember previously keyed in ID numbers, it's kind of annoying because user have to log in other app or search email for membership I'd then copy and paste back to app, it's not intuitive.
★★★★★ The most efficient bank in the whole World, hansdown.
★★★★★ Nov 28, Suddenly, I am unable to login. Tried several times, but it keeps going back to login page. Please fix this issue. Nov 29, I am able to log in. At least, it was fixed this fast. From 1 star I changed to 5 stars. Thanks, HSBC Support!
★★☆☆☆ Have been fine using this app all these years, but suddenly, it refuses to proceed to the login screen, saying that my paid version of McAfee Security is a threat. Now I don't know if I should give up McAfee or HSBC.
★★☆☆☆ Why can't user see own credit card statement balance (NOT outstanding balance) without download it? Every single other banking apps let me see and directly pay my statement balance without go through the hassle, why only hsbc incapable to do it?
★★☆☆☆ Makes me navigate to the accessibility settings of my phone every time just to log on. To disable some apps with elevated permissions. If this were really a security concern, all bank/broker apps would require this, but they don't. So this is just HSBC being a PITA.
