May I suggest that, rather than saying we must remove virtual space only to then lock people out of the app, perhaps give users the option of deregistering the current device so that they can then register the app from outside the secure folder (which evidently causes the problem). Also, 'virtual space' is not clear to most people excepting those who have recently installed such. I have used the app in a secure folder for a couple of years, so it took a while to figure out the problem. Thank you

Security issue for my keyboard app, cannot start hsbc app. Ask to delete my app first. Others bank no issue, hsbc always too many security problems. So hsbc may I know how to open up your app to check my statement since you don't let me use my keyboard app which you think have issue.

Regret signing up for hsbc account, didn't realize their app is so Draconian, they pretend in the name of "security", so many proper apps also cannot use. What I have on my phone is none of hsbc's business. Other banks also have good security but don't spy on your phone apps. Do better HSBC.

Why is the HSBC app flagging my Malware bytes anti-malware security app? This security app is designed by an IT security company that has been in the market for many years. Your latest app update is wrongly flagging it as a security risk! Please look into this as it's disrupting my HSBC app access. I've got multiple mobile banking apps installed and none of them are flagging it like HSBC's app. Terribly annoying!
