I still can't access the app; their system for updating data is terrible. They captured my verification code incorrectly, even after bringing the document from the SAT, They don't update it, I ended up switching providers because their service is terrible in-branch and over the phone

The app sucks. Very difficult to navigate. Not user-friendly. Takes 72 houra to do a transfer that other banks would do instantly. I would NEVER RECOMMEND to another person. Worst bank I've been FORCED to use!!!

This application was great, but they just made an update, and now it is no longer compatible with my phone. I have been using the application for 4 years on this phone. It is very frustrating. I feel forced to buy a new phone just for this one application
