The worst app and bank I have ever had, they have my card blocked but somehow someone else can use it, I keep getting charged and I can't even dispute that. Horrible app, horrible bank

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21, and every time I need to use the app, I have to clean cache and data, restart my phone more than once, ONLY to be able to open the app. This behavior started about 2 months ago, and it's very annoying, seriously considering changing to another bank.
