Error keeps popping with "Last movements"

Disappointed that BBVA NFC payments depend entirely on Google Wallet and Google Play Integrity. Many secure Android devices with hardware-backed security are excluded simply because they don't meet Google's requirements. BBVA should offer contactless payments directly in its app, as many banks do, instead of forcing customers to use Google Wallet. Users deserve a choice and should not lose banking features because of Google's ecosystem restrictions.

I can't add my Start credit card to Google Wallet from the app or manually in Google Wallet. Google Wallet says: "Couldn't finish card setup for contactless payments You won't be able to pay contactless with your device using your card. To fix this, contact your bank."
