Bbva Spain lacks transparency and integrity in their online loan insurance policy. They use tricks and unprofessional method on you to sign up an unimportant online insurance policy, and they use other tricks to prolong the policy for life without your consent. The best option will be that l go to the office with anger and close my account.

Just started working in Spain about a month ago, opened my account with BBVA in person 3 weeks ago, received my card and all documents. Impossible to set up/receive a password to access my account, I'm basically locked out of my paycheck and none of their agents in person or on the phone has an ounce of usefulness. When I finally get access I will change banks ASAP. Please stay away from this Bank
