Too many ads, panels, pop-ups, can't handle so many inputs while digging for my info. Really, really slow. Won't show the data, need to refresh time after time. Cant find relevant info, too many slow steps in between for basic features. Laggy down-slide, interrupted by the row-lateral-slide. Mailbox does not work properly (won't even mark as read the unread messages). It has not an unread category, takes a lot too search for unread messages and can't mark them as read from the unread filter search.

Overall it's good, but today I received a notice that my account will be blocked unless I approve some docs via app, I opened the link and I tried for 1.5 hours to do this but couldn't. I lost hope and wanted to go to their office, but suddenly decided to try to do this via web interface, and it worked from the first try. My colleague who received similar notice earlier said he did it from the app, but he has ios. So it must be android app's problem, fix this its very annoying

They released ui update that nobody cares, and I spent whole morning in a bank office reinstalling this peace of s, no cellular coverage, no Wi-Fi...welcome to 2026. Security you will say, all they did is sent me a sms. If simplicity and service are important to you, open Revolut, it feels like a miracle after this.

The interface is not user-friendly. I receive a lot of promo notifications, but I never receive notifications when I charged by Social Security, tax authorities, any other direct debit from IBAN. I also don't receive notifications when my salary is deposited. I have checked all the settings & contacted bank support, but nothing helped. A huge and respected bank should invest more in its mobile app. Nowadays, it is the face of the bank & not the physical branches, hire someone from the R bank :)

App doesn't work properly. Impossible to reset my demo PW. It keeps sending email with link to reset. Also, impossible to call the local branch "... as a Senior customer we will connect you to the office... bla... the branch is not available... pls call back later...." What's that...?
