Overall it's good, but today I received a notice that my account will be blocked unless I approve some docs via app, I opened the link and I tried for 1.5 hours to do this but couldn't. I lost hope and wanted to go to their office, but suddenly decided to try to do this via web interface, and it worked from the first try. My colleague who received similar notice earlier said he did it from the app, but he has ios. So it must be android app's problem, fix this its very annoying

This is the best bank in Spain! Today I went to Santander and was told that in order to open an account I would need to bring tonnes of papers, all translated from English to Spanish. I got concerned and started to browse expats' reviews on Reddit and found that BBVA was much more modern bank. I got so exited when I was able to open an account in a matter of minutes online!!! Perfecto! Genial! Amazing!

They released ui update that nobody cares, and I spent whole morning in a bank office reinstalling this peace of s, no cellular coverage, no Wi-Fi...welcome to 2026. Security you will say, all they did is sent me a sms. If simplicity and service are important to you, open Revolut, it feels like a miracle after this.

App doesn't work properly. Impossible to reset my demo PW. It keeps sending email with link to reset. Also, impossible to call the local branch "... as a Senior customer we will connect you to the office... bla... the branch is not available... pls call back later...." What's that...?
