I always get blocked by Bank Islam online banking. It happens when I want to use qr code to pay for my food. Sometimes, it's too hard because I'm a student and need to pay a lot of things. But when I sent a request email to open my online banking back, they rejected my request. Am I wrong? Please improve this app!!!

I can’t even pay for my food because this app won't get past the logo screen. Tried switching to the web portal, but the secure pop-out is stuck too. How am I supposed to use my own money if both the app and the web verification are dead? Terrible experience. I’ve already cleared the cache and reinstalled, but the app still gets stuck on the logo screen. Even the web portal is useless because the secure pop-out won't load. How is a bank this big unable to hire a competent dev team to build apps
