With recent update, I can't log in anymore. Suddenly says, device registration failed even though this is an old account in my phone. Tried contacting customer support and emailed already, but it's been 5 days, and it's still not working.

0 Star. If you're looking for a bank that keeps you guessing, CIMB is perfect. Terms and interest rates seem to change whenever they feel like it and customers are simply expected to accept it. Customer service is an adventure of its own, ask the same question twice, and you might get two completely different answers. My favorite part? They can close your account even when you're a good payer and have done nothing wrong. Apparently, responsible customers are optional. Thanks, CIMB, for proving th
