Ilang days ng di Magaña ang app. I can't access the money I saved to pay my upcoming bills. Never again CIMB. Once I get my money, I will never use this app again.

I’m disappointed with my experience using the CIMB app. A GSave transaction I made did not reflect in my account even though it was already deducted in GCash. I reported the issue, but the response was slow and lacked urgency. I expected faster action and better support since this involves banking and real money. The lack of clear updates and delay caused stress and inconvenience. CIMB should improve its system reliability and customer service.

I'm currently in Thailand. I'm trying to link my GSave/CIMB account, but after entering the OTP, the app keeps returning to the email and mobile number page. I cannot complete the linking process.
