0 Star. If you're looking for a bank that keeps you guessing, CIMB is perfect. Terms and interest rates seem to change whenever they feel like it and customers are simply expected to accept it. Customer service is an adventure of its own, ask the same question twice, and you might get two completely different answers. My favorite part? They can close your account even when you're a good payer and have done nothing wrong. Apparently, responsible customers are optional. Thanks, CIMB, for proving th

NO, NO NO TO THIS APP, IT FRUSTRATE ME SO MUCH I know my username then I tried to log in because I have an account, but it wouldn't let me. I pressed the forgot username then I put in my phone number and someone should send me an otp but NO ONE COMES OUT OF MY TEXT I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY, I REACHED MY LIMIT. JUST DELETE MY ACC THAT WAS CREATED IN THERE, I CREATED AN ACC TO HAVE A BANK ACC BUT IF IT IS LIKE THIS, DON'T DO IT ANYMORE
