I don't know why your app wants me to re-do the verification process when I just received an email from you saying you've auto-upgraded & verified my account. I'm actually surprised because you said in your app na it'll take 1-3 business banking days before I see if I was going to be approved or not. And here I am, having trouble to open my account because your app is forcing me to redo my verification once again after completing it earlier. NAKAKA-DISSAPOINT PROMISE!

I have gsave by cimb. I tried to withdraw the money from gcash app, but it won't be processed because THEY DO NOT SEND OTP via EMAIL. I called their customer service multiple times but all they did is make me wait. THEY HOLD YOUR OWN MONEY WHICH IS VERY SUSPICIOUS. I do not recommend this at all. The worstttt

All was good until the app installed securetac. App is updated on my phone and the pin I type in is correct, yet it doesn't work!!! Had to pull out all my savings and transfer them to another account.
