App is too slow to open. Happened quite long, actually. Thought at first because of the phone. Changed my phone (not because of this matter) but still the same. Thought because of the line. Anywhere also the same. Other bank app works ok. caused me too much trouble to open the app to scan for qr. even when I did manage, I still have to log out because the number pad was not there. I'm just so glad my company decided to change the bank so after this my salary won't be going to this bank anymore.

I formatted my phone. When I installed the app and tried to log in, it wouldn’t let me. The app says I need to deactivate my previous device, even though I’m using the same device. How can I deactivate it if I can’t even log in?im very disappointed.

This online banking is not other apps-user friendly. Whenever I want to make transaction via online banking, the only option shown is for "CIMB CLICKS". I did try to use the cimb clicks, but it is said that it is no longer usable. Very inconvenient and waste of time. So, I have to make payment directly to cimb bank to make any transaction. Please fix your issue with your stakeholders. Why can't apps such as MPPT and SHOPPEE have "CIMB OCTO" as their method of payment?
