Latest version of these apps abandoned android 10 users. Not able to update and cannot use the secure tac function. Force people to buy new phone

I was able to use CIMB OCTO app, then when I upgraded to android 11, my phone when to loop mode. Off and on. I reset it, erased everything, but when I tried to log in using a different phone, it says need to deactivate in previous phone. How?(all data already erased.) then when my original phone went back to android 10, it says not compatible. I tried to upgrade but, still it says up to date. I know you're going to say please upgrade to android 11, but to those of us who is unable to upgrade, how?

Very bad cannot use and install using Android 10. Before this cimb is my priority bank now I change my banking to another bank... please improve
