I formatted my phone. When I installed the app and tried to log in, it wouldn’t let me. The app says I need to deactivate my previous device, even though I’m using the same device. How can I deactivate it if I can’t even log in?im very disappointed.

This online banking is not other apps-user friendly. Whenever I want to make transaction via online banking, the only option shown is for "CIMB CLICKS". I did try to use the cimb clicks, but it is said that it is no longer usable. Very inconvenient and waste of time. So, I have to make payment directly to cimb bank to make any transaction. Please fix your issue with your stakeholders. Why can't apps such as MPPT and SHOPPEE have "CIMB OCTO" as their method of payment?

When I tried to make payment and request TAC (which have 50 seconds to type the TAC), why would I have to wait for 10 seconds for the "Approve" button enabled? Your app loading is SO SLOW sometimes, and then I have to request the TAC for multiple times whenever I tried to make online payment because kf cooldown timd. The 10 seconds cooldown time for the Approval button to be enabled is very unnecessary, frustrating, annoying, stressful and very hassle.

The keyboard sometimes does not appear when I need to enter the payment amount after scanning the DuitNow QR code.
