Really rubbish app. Please inform user what is the problem, not keep asking for update, no update available and trouble users cannot perform any transaction. Tell user what version. Not when user install at new phone then ask for approval from old phone. And old phone keep saying please update the app

Cannot access the biz channel mobile apps & requested to download the new cimb octo biz mobile apps...currently I am using samsung note 9 & the highest compatible system for my phone is android 10... Now I cannot access the mobile apps for my company...I cannot afford to buy a new phone just because for this purpose... The bank should have an option or solution for this matter...
