Please remove those ads from all pages, you can keep it on home page but not in all accounts and cards pages, really annoying. Also add an option to transfer money without adding them as a payee. Also add an option for bill payment, filtering transactions, etc. The app severely lacks features.

The worst account opening experience you could ever have. They set up your account and send you the card, but the account remains inactive, and they refuse to activate it despite providing all the required documents. If I had known this, I would never have opened a personal account with them. I advise against opening an account with them...they will leave your account suspended, and you won't be able to complete your transactions. The worst experience I've ever had

Very disappointed with the HSBC app. The interface is so plain and lacks basic account information that customers need. Something as important as my IBAN number and SWIFT code should be easy to find within the app, but instead I had to spend time searching and consider calling customer service for information that should be readily available.
