★★★★★ Good work with statements. 5th star when there is an option to add a daily credit card use limit. With the amount of fraudulent activity we should have the option to add DAILY limits to our credit cards. They only provide monthly (!?) limits. *Pls add an option to allow us to have a daily credit card use limits

★★☆☆☆ HSBC UAE has terrible customer service. I applied for a new account and credit card, I followed up by email and the contact person responded once before ignoring me. I got in touch with the customer service and while they unsure I would have followed up it did not happen. I am talking about 2 months time

★★☆☆☆ I’ve had a frustrating experience with HSBC lately. Every time I try to withdraw money, my transaction is declined. This has happened multiple times, and each time I have to call customer service to resolve the issue. The most frustrating part is that after speaking with customer service, I'm told that I can only withdraw money from HSBC ATMs. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially when HSBC ATMs are not easily accessible. This is not the level of service I expect from a bank of this stature
