I can't log in my mobile banking I know my username and password, but I can't that is why I called customer service, and they said like that they have high call volume, and they can't pick it up. I have another choice to contact virtual chat with them from the app, but I can't log in how I can contact them. very, very disappointed for customer service that is not easy to contact with them.

The app is very bad, you cannot check in real time when your money has gone or for what it has been deducted. MASHREQ DON'T EVEN SEND NOTIFICATION MESSAGES. And there is no way to check before e statement schedule that where the money goes.
