I have an issue my mashreq app didn't show my US trading account. I have more than $800 inside the account. Mu account and wealth option hide wahy ? Several time I call to customer car didn't response can you check immediately what is the reason for didn't showing wealth option in the app please. I am a regular customer from 3 years. Ok, thank you. It's resolved. I goted my portfolio thank you 🙏

Very disappointing experience with Mashreq Bank. Charges are deducted from my account every month without proper explanation. Customer service has not been helpful in resolving my issue. I expected better transparency and support. I do not recommend this bank based on my experience.

I'm choosing the very worst service, very poor customer service, this app is very poor working, and needs to improve the app functions because, I get one credit card from mashreq on the last 10 days before, still is not working not active the transaction anything I follow with mashreq team but, still not any use. Now I'll cancel the card.
