I he'd an amazing experience with mashreq for the past 1 year but now its becoming hectare to use because am not able to use my mobile app for the last 3 months .its requesting for biometrics of which it's not working

My phone doesn't have biometric verification and now I since you made biometrics mandatory I am not able to open my account. We are equal if we bank account with you. And I am 100% sure I am not the only one facing this Issue, Emirates NBD also did this first, but later they realized their mistake and now after they had learned from their mistake. Mashreq should have learned instead of repeating the same thing

I was using mashreq bank services since long but I never face any issue but unfortunately last time I faced problem when I send remittance to my hime country un emergency but its stucked and status showing Under Review, after many calls and follow uo still my issue not resolved. No.one is bothering to response. If you have an emergency and you remittance stucks without any reason so just think what you will do. Definitely you will choose another option if no one responding.

I'm facing challenges in login to my app, and it seems customer service are not ready to assist. The app is showing biometric is mandatory, but I couldn't register on the application for biometric. This is so frustrating as I couldn't see what's happening in my account.
