The app does not allow opening an account says liveness failed if there is any system issue a hurman interaction should be there when visited branch they say only through system online banking and branchless banking is fine, but when a customer or potential customer face issues remember even system is built by human and human interference should be there very rude staff in sahara branch okay if you don't want customer fine

Worst bank I recommend don't install I will cancel my subscription with them. I even can't call them or reach them through calling that's completely the most stupid thing I encountered they ask to put the 16 numbers of the card I put it then it says it's incorrect. I even called them in Egypt as I have a problem in my account there I don't know my username and till 2 years I can't reach them, or they can't reach or call me on my phone. STUPID BANK the best bank Is NBD going to join them.
