I am facing same issues of login and none of the mashreq bank concerned staff is bothered to resolve this issue. Despite the fact that I have send an email, messages and what not but as it is no one is bothered to call or resolve the matter of login. Every time the app asks for biometric registration, and I can't find any interface where I have to register my biometrics. I have had a bitter experience with Mashreq when my account was hacked and for 20 days, no one responded. it's the same attitude

For the past two months, an amount ranging between AED 20 and AED 26 has been deducted from my account every time a transfer is received, without any prior notification or explanation of the reason for these deductions. I am also unable to contact you to inquire about these charges, as I am repeatedly sent a chat link that does not work. I would like to know the reason for these repeated deductions and whether they are related to any specific fees or a particular party making these charges.
