Very bad optimization. Even when my face biometrics registered, and I know my login credentials. The app forces me to use fingerprint biometrics. What if my screen fingerprint doesn't work? I get locked out of the app? Even when I have my face biometric registered which I can't even use to log in. So what is the point of taking face biometrics and log in credentials. This is very inconvenient.

Worst experience ever, with mashreq app, I don't know what's your problem but u need to work on ur services with the app, I have been trying to sign in your app even though I forgot my credentials, tried many times to reset but all in vain, sometimes, u reset then it's shows invalid, what's rilli your problems, can't you solve that rilli.

⭐⭐ **Very Disappointed with Mashreq Neo** I am very disappointed with Mashreq Neo because I have been trying for several days to add a beneficiary to my account, but it still does not work. I urgently need to make payments to my beneficiaries, but I cannot proceed because I am unable to add them through the app. I have tried multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. This is causing unnecessary inconvenience, especially since I need to make urgent payments. I hope Mashreq can fix

If you don’t need to deposit cash onto your card, because there may be only one or two ATMs in the whole of Dubai that allow it — or possibly none at all; if you are happy to pay fees when withdrawing cash because Mashreq ATMs are almost impossible to find; and if you are willing to pay an AED 600 over-limit charge, where AED 300 is essentially a hidden credit card fee, even though your card has a fixed credit limit that you cannot exceed — then this is the bank for you.
