Major CMS Glitches: Approvals & Beneficiaries As final authorizer, approved payments still reappear in "Pending" for 30–60 mins, risking duplicate payouts. Newly added beneficiaries cannot be approved via mobile either. Backend sync needs an immediate fix. If not resolved urgently, we will be forced to switch our company account to another bank. Please resolve ASAP.

One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. I requested a corporate debit card, but I never received a card for my current account. When I contacted the bank, they told me to speak with the Corporate Help Center. However, the Corporate Help Center told me to contact the bank instead. Both sides keep saying that they do not have access to resolve the issue. No one seems to take responsibility or care about the customer’s problem. They have wasted an entire year of my time.

Wrost banking app I have used ever, I have used old axis bank apps, I have accounts in Kodak, icici, idfc banks but axis corporate bank app is worst to use as it loads much more and many times glitch happened.
