The situation has become exceedingly frustrating. I had already created an account on behalf of my parents, and it has undergone verification on multiple occasions—four times in total. Despite successfully completing the verification process three times, the final attempt required my parents to provide their email address. My concern is: how is an elderly individual reasonably expected to recall or manage such technical details? It has now been six months, and the account remains inactive.

Transactions take too long on MTB Yaseen. I lost more than 10000 BDT just because the transaction took too long and failed. Usually, I get the money back after 2–3 days. But sometimes I don't get any refunds.
