Some minor issues like: - Closed subaccounts show up in some menus like "top up via card" as if the account is open. - You should be able to request to close/open subaccounts directly from the app. - You should be able to change your plan from the app. - Personal Information screen in user settings causes the app to show a blank page and requires a restart of the app. - Loading time when switching between screens is a bit slow.

Past bugs, I noticed are fixed except this one. If I have 3 USD accounts and 2 of them are closed, I can't open a new account because the app counts all accounts irrespective of the account status (i.e., doesn't consider whether they are closed or open). It thinks I reached the max account limit when I should have 2 accounts left.

It's been over 2 months of me having an issue with viewing my cards. Now my cards are blocked and because of that bug I cannot order a new card, activate a card or make any online payments. I've contacted support numerous times over the past 2 months and all I got was fake promises of fixing the issue. Worst banking app experience ever!

When I first open the app, it says I am currently using the app in developer mode, and that I need to disable the developer mode to use the app. This is not allowing me to use the application at all.

Unable to sign up. They blocked my original Payroll fresh external account and transferred my money to a Neo account that they have created. And I haven't received a Neo card. What a mess!!
