Needs a section dedicated for the kochi1 card. Right now if I want to check the balance or anything related to the card I have to keep clicking link now option in the home page over and over again.

No updates on this in 2026 Feb. last review given in 2024 Oct. I'm sorry, using super tiny font on the app doesn't help anyone. Can we have basic UI/UX principles for building app interfaces? Also, the app QR doesn't interact well with your scanner. I use QR tkts at Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad metros.no issue. Here it struggles so much. Please fix it. Thank you. Update: Thank you for the response. Currently, I use my phone magnifier but for others it may be useful to have a font size option.

I have enough balance and I can't book ticket from my balance in my card. Showing to install app version 1.6. The same is installed in my phone. Useless app

Half cooked App! Koch metro is promoting Kochi1 Card and this Kochi1 App like hell. But the app is half cooked. Some of the menu items comes under my phone's navigation menu. I raised the issue with Koch Metro, they took up with Axis bank, but they have no idea when the issue will be resolved. Very poor App support.
