I really appreciate having LMT-GO in Sri Lanka, a much-needed service and I fully support the team! However, the live bus tracking is often delayed and inaccurate. On the map, it frequently shows a bus at an earlier halt when it has already arrived at the next stop. Hope the developers can fix the GPS sync lag and bring more useful features in future updates. Great potential, looking forward to seeing it improve!

The app could make route selection much easier by allowing users to choose a route based on their selected boarding point and destination, rather than requiring them to select an exact route first. Users may not always know which route passes through their desired locations. Also, the app takes a considerable amount of time to reopen after returning to the home screen on a mobile device. Improving the app’s loading and resume time would make the overall experience much smoother.

Bad. Update this thing. It shows there's an ongoing trip when u select and search from a stop in the middle of the route, even when there's no actual trip in the timetable. Also, add an option to raise complaints.
