The app is highly inaccurate and quite misleading. Has never matched thw actual bus times. It's quite frustrating as you can never rely on it to plan!

It doesn't even work, I can't track buses, and it doesn't let us know about buses being cancelled and there aren't any replacement buses being sent out for the buses that are being cancelled. I don't think this even deserves one star, it's such a bad app.

Pretty unless app for checking bus times as timetable are alway inaccurate and the trackers for the actual buses hardly work, and you have to reload the app 3 or 4 yimes to get them to show up. Overall just as terrible as their bus service don't even bother.

Rubbish app, doesn't display map properly, journey planner returns no journey from locations where I know the buses run. Pixel 10 user
