Been using the go Northeast app for years but am naver using it again after today it let me activate my ticket this morning but didn't let me travel back home from work I had to buy a new ticket from the bus driver

Tickets take embarrassingly long to scan on the buses I hold people up every time cause the daft app won't scan sort it reset out man

QR codes on the app are useless. Lost count of the times everyone has been delayed on the bus because QR codes won't scan. Needs NFC instead.

The All Zone bar code does not scan on the Metro services. I need to explain myself each time I need to pass a barrier to access the Metro.
