Comments on bluestar bus for Android

★★★★★ Mahendra Gaglani · Apr 2, 2026

Very good service sometimes buses not on time have to await long time

★★★★★ Lainie Bennett · Jul 11, 2025

Very handy to have tickets in your phone, so they don't get lost... Unless you lose your phone if coursed!! Lol update 11/7/25. Since ha ING my bus pass, I used the app much more for planning bus trips out. It's fab!

★★★★☆ C J · Sep 8, 2025

Easy to find timetables & to track your bus. Can be a bit awkward if the bus stop you choose for planning a journey is not certain by yourself (example General Hospital has several variants)

★★★★☆ Martin Patey · Jun 10, 2025

Overall a good app. I like the live bus times and tracking to see where your bus is in relation to your bus stop. It is also great now that you can receive service updates as Push notifications for your favorite bus stops and routes. It would also be handy if you could view your contactless journey in the app like you can with the mo rebus app. Apart from that a very good app.

★★☆☆☆ Adam · Mar 30, 2026

Either it's a worse version of the website tracker or it's unintuitive. Why not just make it, so you can easily get the timetable and map tracker of the bus sk you can easily see if its running late. Uou already have the website version do this. I'd give it 1 stars if it wasn't for the fact the app is good for buying and activating the monthly pass with no issues so far.

★★☆☆☆ Dibyendu Sarkar · Mar 21, 2026

The qr code in the app does not scan in the bus. It's very annoying. I have to keep playing with the angle and then sometimes it scans while other time it doesn't.

★☆☆☆☆ Joe Tallyn · Apr 4, 2025

Tap on tap off never works. 4.20 to get from Shirley to Southampton? It takes ten mins ffs, then 4.20 back. Last few times I'm done tap on tap off the prices have seemed ridiculous

★☆☆☆☆ Liam Harrison · Mar 13, 2026

your app is useless how about you update it and take buss of that are not inserts off the app people don't want to wait around for a bus that's ever not going to turn or broken down
