Very good bus app. You can track buses in live time. But I have faced a problem with the QR code in my new phone where the code shows small that the reader can't scan it. I hope it will get fixed

Overall a good app. I like the live bus times and tracking to see where your bus is in relation to your bus stop. It is also great now that you can receive service updates as Push notifications for your favorite bus stops and routes. It would also be handy if you could view your contactless journey in the app like you can with the mo rebus app. Apart from that a very good app.

I'm able to get tickets well in advance and arrange travel for work. I'm able to see where the bus is via the live feed. Often the times on the app are much more accurate in comparison to the times displayed at the stops. I love that I can have my tickets so easily available on my phone!

The qr code in the app does not scan in the bus. It's very annoying. I have to keep playing with the angle and then sometimes it scans while other time it doesn't.

Tap on tap off never works. 4.20 to get from Shirley to Southampton? It takes ten mins ffs, then 4.20 back. Last few times I'm done tap on tap off the prices have seemed ridiculous

Either it's a worse version of the website tracker or it's unintuitive. Why not just make it, so you can easily get the timetable and map tracker of the bus sk you can easily see if its running late. Uou already have the website version do this. I'd give it 1 stars if it wasn't for the fact the app is good for buying and activating the monthly pass with no issues so far.

your app is useless how about you update it and take buss of that are not inserts off the app people don't want to wait around for a bus that's ever not going to turn or broken down
