Really good app. Live bus maps, routes, timetables, tickets, diversions, and lots more. I have been using it for years with zero issues. Never lose your paper ticket again and save trees 🌳

Decent enough app, but strange route numbers (5a, 5b etc.) which is confusing (it wasn't rocket science to work out that the three different 11 services on different routes to Latham was obviously never going to work). Awful dull gray color scheme - why a different color to the trams? And uncomfortable rattly buses. Why are seats more uncomfortable now than they were when I worked for the company 40 years ago? At least they haven't blown millions in taxpayer money on Chinese electric buses.

Blackpool Transport is a joke. My wife works at the hospital, pays for a monthly pass, and constantly gets let down by 19.49 bus to town not showing up. Pays for a cab and blackpool transport will not reimburse anything when we constantly have to complain. Awful service

At 11 Mar 26 these bugs still not fixed lol 🙄 The app failing to show south-bound trains after midnight other than at 'stage' stops and b) south-bound trams leaving significantly earlier than the app indicates late in the evening, these problems persist 🙄 Absolutely pointless using the feedback email address in practice. Apart from the personal inconvenience to me, the company is losing out on income to Uber and local taxi companies as a result.
