Needs a bit more function. it's not possible to see the active buses moving whilst on your journey in the route planning function. You have to leave and then completely restart the journey process again

Would be good if you guys could improve timetabling for trams, seems to be a regular occurrence where I arrive on time, and it's shown up a minute and a half earlier than stated on the app, and I then have to wait for the next one.

Doesn't even give the correct information. One minute you can see a tram and departure time, then it disappears and then might reappear. I've missed many trams because of this. A serious overhaul is needed of this app. It's such a shame, as I love using the trams... but will stick with Google Maps. Bus reliability is much improved, but this app is unreliable and is missing key features. We should be able to see more than 13 mins of upcoming trams.

Won't let you buy tickets for immediate travel on the tram and requests your location about once per minute.

We get paid monthly, we pay our bills monthly, we live our social lives monthly, the calendar runs monthly. Everything runs monthly and has done for centuries. So why is it so hard for public transportation to have monthly tickets? It's not like it's not already set up, with the annual option, but monthly? Nah mate, too difficult for us. When I start getting paid every 28 days, I'll consider using it regularly and consistently, but when I went to my boss with the idea, he called me an idiot
