It is not possible to add an old OV-Chipkaart as it has different details than the newer OV-Card. Buying tickets is very smooth and easy.

DON'T BUY TICKETS HERE!! I paid 4.7euro for 2-hour ticket. I can see detail and reference number in ING app. BUT, no ticket in HTM. When HTM staff checked, he didn't listen to my explanation. Even people around me understood what happened. I replied, not my fault, there was some issue in your app. He laughed and didn't believe. What should I do? Buy again? But I have actually paid. If I paid I again, but the issue is still there, should I pay third, fourth and endless?LET HTM STEALS MY MONEY?

Doesn't know the tram times - tells you a 15-minute wait time when in fact you could have easily reached the previous tram. Does not give live updates on disruptions, so you won't know to choose an alternative travel method when there are no vehicles coming at all. But you can buy tickets, so that's nice I guess
